Prestiflam Tablet combines Aceclofenac (100 mg)—a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)—and Paracetamol (325 mg) to deliver effective relief from pain, inflammation, and fever. It is ideal for various musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions

🔹 Key Indications:

• Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis

• Acute musculoskeletal pain: low back pain, sprains, strains

• Headache, dental pain, menstrual cramps

⏱️ Onset & Duration:

• Relief typically begins within 30 minutes, lasting up to 6 hours

How It Works:

• Aceclofenac inhibits COX‑2 enzymes, reducing inflammation and pain

• Paracetamol acts centrally to diminish pain and fever, complementing Aceclofenac’s effects.

Administration Instructions:

• Oral ingestion with water; best taken with or after meals to avoid stomach upset .

• Typical dosage: as prescribed—commonly 1 tablet twice daily. Avoid exceeding recommended dose.

Side Effects & Precautions:

• Common: nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness .
