Job Summary:
Dentistium Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate GNM/ANM Nurse (Part-Time) to provide high-quality patient care and support dental procedures. This role is vital to ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-friendly environment in our dental clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during dental procedures and patient consultations.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment as per clinic protocols.
Monitor patient vitals and provide pre- and post-treatment care.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Manage medical supplies and inventory for the clinic.
Support clinic staff during audits, inspections, and patient care activities.
Qualification & Skills Required:
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or ANM (Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery) certification from a recognized institute.
Prior nursing experience in clinics or hospitals preferred.
Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control practices.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
Basic understanding of dental procedures and medical terminology.
Recruitment Criteria:
6 working days per week with 1 weekly off.
Part-time Shift: 5 hours per day.
Monthly salary ranges between βΉ10,000 to βΉ15,000 INR (based on experience).
Additional incentives for extra hours.
Uniform and ID card provided.
Salary disbursed between 1st to 5th of each month.
Attendance monitored through biometric system.
Annual leave policy as per clinic rules.
Compulsory legal agreement of 12 to 15 months with 60 days notice period.
Probation period: Up to 30 days.
Security deposit (as per HR policy).

- Develop sales pipeline: Thru leads generated from various marketing channels, Partners, references & self.
- Generating new business opportunities from new & old clients to achieve assigned targets.
- Assist the management in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for the organization.
- Relationship building with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Effectively overcome objections to sales in a calming and convincing manner. Additional supervisory and training experience.
- Demonstrate & Modify Products as per the requirement of clients and sending techno-commercial offers to the clients.
- Responsible for utmost customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues in assigned area of operation with minimum escalations.
