Job Summary:
Dentistium Clinic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff (Part-Time) to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall sanitation standards in our dental clinic. This role is essential to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain overall cleanliness of the clinic including reception, waiting area, consultation rooms, and washrooms.
Disinfect and sanitize dental chairs, instruments, and surfaces as per clinic protocols.
Manage waste disposal in accordance with biomedical waste handling guidelines.
Refill housekeeping and sanitation supplies regularly.
Assist with opening/closing duties of the clinic as needed.
Support clinic staff during events, audits, and inspections.
Qualification & Skills Required:
Minimum 8th to 10th Pass (No formal education required for experienced candidates)
Prior housekeeping experience preferred, especially in clinics or hospitals
Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness
Punctual, responsible, and disciplined
Basic understanding of cleaning agents and tools
Recruitment Criteria:
6 working days per week with 1 weekly off
Part-time Shift: 5 hours per day
Monthly salary ranges between βΉ7,500 to βΉ12,000 INR (based on experience)
Additional incentives for extra hours
Uniform and ID card provided
Salary disbursed between 1st to 5th of each month
Attendance monitored through biometric system
Annual leave policy as per clinic rules
Compulsory legal agreement of 12 to 15 months with 60 days notice period
Probation period: Up to 30 days
Security deposit (as per HR policy)
