Job description
- As per Clinic/Company Policy
- To remain available and to participate in Events, Inspections, Audit & in Meetings of Clinic unconditionally
Recruitment Criteria
- Weekly one week-off providing & 6-days working
- Full-time shift shall be 10 hours with 45mins lunch-break & Part-time shift shall be 5 hours
- 30+ Leaves providing annually
- EPF, TDS & PT (as applicable)
- Incentives additional
- Extra-hours pay additional
- Training through LMS (Compulsory monthly basis)
- Salary shall be released each month between 1st to 5th Date only
- Monthly Salary slip shall be provided to each staff digitally
- In-Out Attendance Punching shall be monitored through Biometric device daily-basis
- 12 to 15 months Legal Agreement compulsory (with 60 days Notice period)
- Up to 30 days probation period
- Security deposit (* as per HR policy)
- Staff dress / Uniform shall be provided by Clinic Management
- Staff Id card shall be provided by Clinic Management
- Salary increment Annually (* based on performance)
- Other Terms & Conditions as per our HR policy (* available at Reception desk)
Annual Salary Details:
- Salary ranges from Rs. 264000 to 500000 INR (* based on experience and clinical expertise)

- Develop sales pipeline: Thru leads generated from various marketing channels, Partners, references & self.
