Qualification
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
- MDS (Master of Dental Surgery)
- DCI State-level valid registration certificate (Dental Council of India)
Job description
- To provide clinical service as per decided monthly duty schedule
- To provide ethical expertise treatment & service at clinic
- To manage patient’s treatment & follow-up appointments as per Clinic policy
- To manage and maintain patient’s MRD record case-to-case basis as per policy
- To follow clinic’s Tariff list for cases treated at our Clinic
- Decided Treatment plan of each patient shall be responsibility of Treating Doctor
- To remain available and to participate in Events, Inspections, Audit & in Meetings of Clinic unconditionally

- Weekly one week-off providing & 6-days working
- Full-time shift shall be 9 hours with 45mins lunch-break & Part-time shift shall be 3 – 5 hours
- 15 Leaves providing annually (+52 week-off)

- Training through LMS (Compulsory monthly basis)
- Salary shall be released each month between 1st to 5th Date only
- Monthly Salary slip shall be provided to each staff digitally
- In-Out Attendance Punching shall be monitored through Biometric device daily-basis
- 12 to 15 months Legal Agreement compulsory (with 60 days Notice period)
- Up to 30 days probation period
- Offer letter to be provided on successful completion of probation period
- Security deposit (* as per HR policy)
- EPF, ESIC, TDS & PT (as applicable)
- Other Terms & Conditions as per our HR policy (* available at Reception desk)
- Salary increment Annually (* based on performance)
- Staff dress / Uniform shall be provided by Clinic Management
- Staff Id card shall be provided by Clinic Management
- Annual health checkup (*FOC)
- Annual Vaccination: Hepatitis, Tetanus and Diphtheria (*FOC)
- Free dental checkup + consultation & Dental Scaling
- Bank account (If required)

Annual Salary Details:
- Salary ranges from Rs. 360000 to 720000 INR (* based on experience and clinical expertise)
- Incentives additional (based on Clinical Skills, performance, outcome & growth)
